Courier

1. We are using courier service to deliver our products all over Bangladesh.
2. The customer has to pay the delivery charge at the time of receiving the product.
3. In case of cash on delivery, cash on delivery charge or condition charge has to be paid to the customer.
4. If a product requires special care by the courier service, such as glassware or any fragile item, courier companies take extra precautions, such products are charged extra.

Shipping Policy:

1. We deliver our products through major courier services in the country (Sundarbans, SA Paribahan, Kartoa) and also use nearby courier services for the convenience of the customer.
2. The cost of transporting goods depends on the weight, size, distance of the delivery place and which courier service is being used.
3. The transport time may take 2-5 days if within one city and 5-10 days if between cities.
